You are most welcome to order a plaque to be placed on our Memorial Wall in memory of a deceased Parishioner. Please take your time to read through the guidelines and instructions. The order form can be downloaded and these handouts can be collected from the Parish Office if required. The cost of the Memorial Plaque is $500.00.
