The St Vincent de Paul Society (SVDP) is an organization of Catholic lay people that live the Gospel by serving Christ in the poor.  We aspire to be recognized as a caring Catholic charity offering “a hand up” while respecting people’s dignity, sharing our hope and encouraging them to take control of their lives.

 

The Bulleen SVDP Conference is made up of volunteer members who, unlike most other charitable organizations, visit our “friends in need” in their homes.  We listen, we do not judge, and we provide material assistance such as redeemable food gift cards, payment of utility bills and clothing vouchers redeemable at Vinnies stores.
